"I need a very small plunger and two packs of gum," Roger announced, standing in the doorway and glancing from Mark to April. Both Mark and April stared at him, unable to respond for a moment.

"I... really can't help you there," Mark said at last, still looking utterly baffled.

For a second or two, Roger didn't move, and finally nodded sharply, turned, and walked back out the door. Mark turned to look over at his sister. "Do I... want to know what that was about?"

"I honestly couldn't tell you," she answered slowly.

"...Okay." He nodded. "Good to know."
