Notes: Set in the same verse as (and a direct sequel to) Follow the Leader (Over the Cliff). I swear one day I will write a happy fic in this verse. Written for itsproductivity. It was meant to be for writerinadrawer this week, but... it got way too long, for one thing. So I'm going to have to write another story for that.
Warnings: Spoilers for Utopia/SoD/LotTL, season one of Torchwood, and Fragments. Torture and character death, none of it graphic.
